The West Mifflin Area Titan Cyber Academy is all about our students!
We offer all West Mifflin Area School District K-12 students the option of full-time online instruction! West Mifflin Area School District faculty will provide online instruction using West Mifflin Area School District approved curriculum along with a combination of K-12 Edgenuity online curriculum resources to create the ultimate online learning environment that meets PA Common Core standards while utilizing a wide variety of instructional methods designed to engage K-12 students in the remote setting. Our educational program is tailored to students’ unique needs and interests.
Students with IEP’s, GIEP’s, 504’s, and those in need of any enrichment or remediation will have the necessary support in the Titan Cyber Academy. Instruction will include asynchronous, synchronous, blended, and hybrid learning opportunities. With hybrid learning, students will also have the option of attending their respective West Mifflin Area school building for any in-person classes in addition to their remote schedule if they choose. Live online support and/or live in-person support can be provided to each child K-12.
West Mifflin Area Titan Cyber Academy students will remain enrolled in the District and have access to District athletics, extra-curricular activities, and after-school functions that are available throughout the school year. The Titan Cyber Academy also allows seniors to graduate with a diploma from the West Mifflin Area School District. Our students, especially our elementary and middle school students, will have many opportunities to participate in social activities and events. Each month, our team offers in-person and virtual events to give students an enriched experience and to develop social skills.
