Welcome to West Mifflin Area High School

West Mifflin Area High School is a place where students are challenged to achieve, encouraged to explore their interests, and supported every step of the way. Through academics, athletics, the arts, and extracurricular opportunities, students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed after graduation.

Preparing Students for the Future

Our faculty and staff are committed to helping students discover their strengths and prepare for life beyond high school. Whether students plan to attend college, pursue career training, enter the workforce, or serve in the military, they have access to meaningful learning experiences that help them build a strong foundation for the future.

Students are encouraged to think critically, solve problems, collaborate with others, and take ownership of their learning as they prepare for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

Opportunities to Learn, Lead, and Grow

Learning at West Mifflin extends beyond the classroom. Students can participate in athletics, performing arts, clubs, student organizations, leadership activities, and community service opportunities that help them develop new skills and build lasting connections.

Whether participating in athletics, performing in the Titan Performing Arts Center, engaging in student organizations, or giving back to the community, students have countless opportunities to discover their interests, build confidence, and become active members of the Titan community.

A Culture of Support and Belonging

We believe students are most successful when they feel safe, respected, and connected. Our school is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every student is valued and supported academically, socially, and emotionally.

By working in partnership with families and maintaining high expectations for responsibility, respect, and integrity, we help students develop the character and confidence needed to reach their full potential.

Titan Pride

At West Mifflin Area High School, we take pride in our traditions, celebrate student achievement, and work together to create a positive school experience for all. We are proud to be Titans and look forward to helping every student write their own success story.
