Im training at Team Renzo Gracie Pittsburgh. My grappling coach is Mike Wilkins- former collegiate Wrestler, Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt, and Professional MMA fighter. My striking coach is Will Morrill- former Penn State boxing captain, and Muay Thai fighter. With their blessing I’ve begun my amateur career fighting for 247 Fighting Championship. I train daily in all the individual martial arts that make up MMA such as Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and BJJ. As an amateur my coaches and I accept the hardest matchups for myself so I can continue to develop all the areas of my game before I turn pro. My next fight is scheduled for April 20th at the Washington Meadows Casino and if it’s anything like the past ones you won’t want to miss it! I have also started creating instructional content for beginners on my social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram @pghmartinez and offer private lessons in Striking/Clinch fighting for MMA.
