WEST MIFFLIN — Clara Barton recently kicked off its PBIS with a Moana-themed luau inside the gymnasium. 

Students were treated to an afternoon of fun which included beach balls, a visit from Moana and Maui, and some students received tickets to a Pirates game through a drawing.
