Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation

     Open to: College bound seniors

     Amount:  $1000.00 per year

     Requirements:  Resident of Allegheny County, has been accepted at a college

                           or university, QPA of 3.25 or greater.

     Criteria: Write a 500 - 1500 word essay, provide high school transcript, and

                   one letter of recommendation.

     Application Deadline: Friday, April 21, 2006.

Lola G. Duff & William H. Duff II Scholarship
     Amount :   Based upon need and merit ($1,500,000.00 award pool)
     Requirements:  Of the Protestant Faith, pursuing a full time program
                            leading to a bachelor's degree at a college or university.
     Application Deadline: March 15, 2006

West Mifflin Federation of Teachers Scholarship

     Open to:  College bound seniors 

     Amount:  $ 2500.00
     Requirements:  Must be majoring in Education, have a letter of

                            acceptance from a four year university, and turn in
                            a completed application.
     Application Deadline: April 20, 2006
           * Applications can be picked up and turned in at the Guidance Office
