Registration for Students Entering Kindergarten
in the 2007-08 School Year

For admission to Kindergarten a student must be five (5) years of age on or before September 30, 2007. A child whose birthday is in October may be admitted to kindergarten provided he/she passes a readiness test. Readiness tests will be given on May 15 and 16, 2007 at the Administration Building. The cost of the test must be paid by the parent/guardian.

Please call the school your child will be attending to request a forms packet and an appointment for your child’s registration with the school secretary and nurse. Students need not be present at registration.

In addition to items in the packet, please bring the following information to registration: (ORIGINALS ONLY)

• Birth certificate
  
  
• Your child's social security card
  
  
• Written proof of immunizations
  
  
• Two current forms of residency that contain your name and address (driver's license, car registration, tax statement, utility bill, pay stub, etc.)
